Cathy Matera – Company Creator / Managing Director

Cathy was born in Belgium where she qualified as an agro-economical engineer. She then spent 7 years working overseas for various international organizations (Africa and Asia).

She settled in Uzès in 2001 with her young family where she developed a taste for the real estate profession. Her good organisation skills and overall expertise led her to set up her own company and created UZES RESIDENCES in 2007.

Fluent in French and English, rather discreet, Cathy always demonstrates high listening skills.  Dedicated and conscientious, she will guide you through the selling or buying process all the way.

Sovann SERRE-POISSENOT –  Independent sales agent

With nearly 10 years of sales experience in the Uzès region, Sovann specialized in real estate by first joining the Clara Miotto training course in Montpellier. It was after this successful training that Sovann joined the UZES RESIDENCES agency. With an ideal profile combining responsiveness, rigor, and customer service, Sovann has all the qualities to go further in the profession. She then pursued intensive training at the IFC in Nîmes to obtain the Real Estate Business Manager degree. Perfectly bilingual in French and English, Sovann is a contact of choice for all clients looking for caring support for their real estate project.
